She has shown her unwavering faith and love for God and for others through service in her school, church and community. As an active member of a Peer Assistance and Leadership (PAL) class and NHS, Miranda exhibited leadership in many service events and has logged many volunteer hours at surrounding schools, nursing homes and summer camps. She is actively involved in church by volunteering at VBS and the Nursery, teaching second graders about the Catholic faith, as a youth leader planning retreat for teens, and as a Eucharistic minister. Despite her busy schedule and being involved in Golf and Cross Country, Miranda maintained academic excellence by graduating from Clear Brook High School as a Summa Cum Laude and at the top 6% of her class. Through her service, she hopes to spread joy to all those around her, especially children, as she attends Texas A&M University to study Early Childhood and Bilingual Education.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
